We are so excited to see thet The Kitchn listed the Edgeware V-etched Better Zester and Graters to their 2011 Best of Kitchen Tools they Love list. 
These graters feature new patent pending designs, which showcase their V- shaped etched teeth. The V-shaped teeth provide shear action sharpness that evenly and smoothly grate all types of foods and vegetables with minimal effort. The non-stick coating ensures smoother grating or zesting, while providing faster and easier clean up.
The star of the new Edgeware V-etched line of graters is the Better Zester. This zester takes zesting to a new level with its innovative design and features. The V-etched Zester blade is made up of over 300 tiny V- shaped teeth and is covered with a non- stick coating. The food- approved coating allows the zester to smoothly glide across the surface of all types of citrus, while finely zesting the outer layer of skin and not the bitter pith. The Better Zester includes a fresh zest storage container with squeegee. This additional accessory gathers the fresh zest as its grating and the squeegee helps remove the moist zest from the back of the blade. This ergonomically shaped kitchen tool features a non-slip tip and soft touch handle as well as a reusable protective cover. The Better Zester is available now in Charcoal Gray and in the Zester Green in January.
In addition to the Better Zester, the Edgeware line includes three paddle style graters: fine, coarse and extra coarse. These wider blade paddle style graters are available in Stealth Charcoal Gray as well as fun whimsical colors; Fine Yellow, Coarse Blue and Extra Coarse Orange. Each of these graters includes the V- shaped teeth and non-stick coating for smoother and easier grating. The Fine Grater is perfect for grating hard parmesan cheeses. The Coarse grater’s V-shaped teeth allow it to produce beautiful julienne style shavings of carrots and cucumbers and the Extra Coarse’s non-stick coating is perfect for using on softer cheeses that tend to stick to traditional style, etched grater blades. Each grater includes non-slip feet and a soft touch handle along with a reusable plastic cover. To compliment these products, a slider attachment is available and sold separately for holding smaller foods when grating. This attachment helps keep fingers away from the sharp V-shaped blades and includes a clear body with soft touch cap for added comfort when grating.
